MARKETING

Village Theatre’s Marketing department has a need for postering in the Issaquah and/or Everett (Snohomish County) areas. This person would check in with the Marketing Assistant each day they volunteer to work out where the postering needs to occur. The job requires that you enter various neighboring businesses and ask to display a current show poster in their display windows, or on their community boards.

KIDSTAGE

KIDSTAGE in Issaquah has a need for volunteers to fulfill office tasks including putting labels on postcards, banding and bagging postcards to be distributed to the public schools, filling envelopes with postcards from private school mailings and organizing the art/craft supplies in our classrooms.

KIDSTAGE in Everett has a need for volunteers to fulfill office tasks including putting labels on postcards/mailings, filling envelopes with postcards for school mailings and organizing the art/craft supplies in our classrooms and costume storage areas. We also periodically have parent or student volunteers for production help such as painting or sewing and crew positions for some productions. Various administrative opportunities are available as well such as filing or copying.

DEVELOPMENT

The development department of Village Theatre depends on volunteers to assist in many areas of our fundraising efforts. Volunteers are used throughout the year for donor parties, special fundraising events and administrative tasks. Currently, the development department is seeking volunteers for our Summer Fundraising Season. We need people who are good with filing and mailing procedures.

MAINTENANCE

Francis J. Gaudette Theatre (Issaquah) has a need for painters who are careful and self-directed to paint the walls in some of the rehearsal spaces and hallways.
