GALA SPONSORSHIP ($2,500): This level of sponsorship includes listing as a sponsor in the event program, a logo and link to your website from our gala webpage, recognition at the event both on the big screen and verbally, name recognition on the invitation, and two tickets to the event.  As a sponsor your gift will also be recognized in our programs, on our donor wall, and in our Annual Report.  

SPOTLIGHT SPONSOR ($3,500): This level adds a ½ page sponsor spotlight in the program and logo recognition on our printed invitation.  

SUPPORTING SPONSOR ($5,000): This level adds a naming opportunity for your company (silent auction section, raffle, after party, etc.) increases their sponsor spotlight to a full page, and includes an invitation to join Village Theatre for an opening of a mainstage production for 4 guests.  

PRODUCING SPONSOR ($10,000):This level adds an exclusive sponsor recognition opportunity as the headlining sponsor making this event possible with exclusive logo placement, visual recognition at every table, and an opportunity to be featured in the guests take home gift.  

6:00pm: Reception & Silent Auction: Bid on exciting and unique auction items from our silent auction while enjoying appetizers and beverages in the Spanish Foyer.

7:00pm: Dinner, Performances & Live Auction: Gather in the Spanish Ballroom for a delicious meal with a Live Auction and incredible performances throughout the night. Be ready to raise your paddle to win exciting packages and to support Village Theatre programming.

9:30pm: Dessert & After-Party: Continue the celebration of Village Theatre and the generosity of our guests in the Spanish Foyer with desserts and music.

Parking: Parking is available in the Olympic Garage (415 Seneca St) for $10 for evening parking. Patrons may also choose to Valet Park at the hotel. Parking is not available for pre-purchase.
