Mainstage

Performing in two locations: The Francis J. Gaudette Theatre in Issaquah and The Everett Performing Arts Center in Everett, Village Theatre is a leading producer of musical theatre in the Pacific Northwest, producing entertaining quality theatre for the entire family since 1979. The Mainstage season consistently offers patrons top-quality live theatre in an intimate setting at two different locations—Issaquah and Everett. Each season incorporates a fresh artistic take on two classic musicals, the production of two innovative new musicals, and once a year our patrons have the moving experience of a comedic or dramatic play. Village Theatre continues to produce the highest quality theatre, which is an attribute our patrons have come to expect and look forward to.

Some of these productions include: Next To Normal (Tony-Award winner); Million Dollar Quartet (opens on Broadway in 2010); The Ark (opened off-Broadway November 2005); Play It By Heart; Signs of Life; Making Tracks; The Wedding Banquet; and Eleanor.

Pied Piper

Pied Piper brings live theatre to children and their families in the greater Puget Sound area by hosting renowned theatre, dance, and music companies for public and school performances. A visit to a Pied Piper production can be the beginning of a lifelong appreciation for the arts, and, because many of the performances are based on children's literature, Pied Piper also stimulates interest in reading, as it brings Literature to Life!

Pied Piper public performances are held at the Everett Performing Arts Center and the Everett Civic Center. Pied Piper school performances are held at the Everett Performing Arts Center, Everett Civic Center, The Theatre at the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue, and The McIntyre Hall Performing Arts and Conference Center in Mount Vernon.
