Theatre Information

Public Phones
Please turn off cellular phones and pagers during the performance.

Francis J. Gaudette Theatre: A pay telephone is located in the lobby near the Box Office.

Everett Performing Arts Center: Courtesy telephones are located near the Elwin Anderson Community Room in the lower lobby.

Public Restrooms
Francis J Gaudette Theatre: Restrooms are located on either side of the lobby on the main floor. (The men's room is on the north side and the women's room is on the south.) Both are wheelchair accessible.

Everett Performing Arts Center: Women's and men's restrooms are located on either side of the lower lobby on the main floor. Both are wheelchair accessible

Wheelchair Access
Special seating is available to accommodate wheelchairs in both locations. If needed, please notify the Box Office in advance of your performance date.

Services and Conveniences

Cash Machine
Francis J Gaudette Theatre: Located outside Cascade Bank, just north of the Theatre's main doors.
Everett Performing Arts Center: Located in the Key Bank drive-through, just outside the Theatre's main doors.

Concessions
Francis J. Gaudette Theatre: FINS Bistro operates a bar in the lobby, which sells wine, beer, and mixed drinks.
Everett Performing Arts Center: A wine bar is located in the upper lobby.

Emergency Numbers
To be reached during a show, patrons may give out our House Manager's pager number. The caller should know your row and seat numbers and be able to describe you. This will help the House Manager find you.

Families with Young Children
Francis J Gaudette Theatre: Family Rooms are available. Babes-in-arms are not permitted in the main house of the Theatre. Families with children under 4 years old are required to be seated in one of two soundproof Family Rooms, which allow you to enjoy live theatre together. Babysitter unavailable? You may also exchange for tickets in these rooms. Call the Box Office for more information. Special discount packages are also available.

Everett Performing Arts Center: Babes-in-arms are not permitted in the main house of the Theatre.

Listening Assistance System
For both locations, listening assisted devices are available free of charge for use during the show with personal identification. See the House Manager upon arrival for information.

Francis J Gaudette Theatre: Sennheiser infrared transmission enhances hearing with the use of headsets.
Everett Performing Arts Center: Williams Sound Personal PA receivers enhance hearing with the use of headsets.

Lost and Found

Francis J Gaudette Theatre: Call (425) 392-1942, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Everett Performing Arts Center: Call the Box Office at (425) 257-8600, Tuesday-Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Programs
For both locations, show programs are available at each performance with information about the show. Abbreviated Braille and large-print programs are also available from the House Manager.

Signed Performances (Francis J Gaudette Theatre Only)
American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation is provided the second Saturday matinee performance (series 36), during the third week of each show.

Friendly Reminders

Courtesy
In consideration of the patrons around you and the performers on stage, please refrain from talking once the overture has begun. Please use moderation in applying perfume or cologne, as many people are allergic to scents. If you must leave during a performance, use the rear exit.

Electronic Devices
Please turn off all cellular phones, pagers and electronic games prior to performance. Also, no cameras or other recording devices (photographic or otherwise) may be used in the theatre during performances.

Food and Drink
No food is permitted in the theatre. Concessions bottled water may be brought into the Theatre. Please consume all other refreshments and dispose of refuse while in the lobby. Thank you for your cooperation.

Late Seating
We are sorry, but we are unable to guarantee late seating. Please plan accordingly.

Smoking
According to state law, smoking is not allowed within 25 feet of any door, nor in any part of the theatre.
