Saint Heaven, Kentucky, 1957: Young doctor Thom Rivers returns to his hometown for his father's funeral, intending only to settle affairs and move on. But when he's faced with the friends and family he left behind, and he falls for a charismatic young woman with a special spiritual gift, he's forced to choose between his new life and the old home town that needs him.
A spirited country/gospel/R&B score propels this intimate and inspiring love story.
