Arts Adventures Preschool meets Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM
in the following sessions:

Dates: January 3 - May, 31, 2012 (ongoing enrollment)

Cost: $150 per month
If registering online, or over the phone, the first month's tuition will be charged to your card at the time of registration. Tuition will be due on the fifth of each subsequent month. If you choose to withdraw from the program before the first day of class, tuition will be refunded less a $50.00 fee. Tuition includes child's admission to select Pied Piper theatre productions.

Brain Dance:
Developed by Anne Green Gilbert – movement patterns (breath, tactile, core-distal, head-tail, upper-lower, body-side, cross-lateral, vestibular)

Spatial Concepts:
Space, time, energy, force and organization (repetition, balance, contrast, emphasis, variety)

Music Concepts:
Rhythm (pulse, patterns, groupings), expression (dynamics, style, tempo, phrasing), form, melody, texture, timbre-tonality

Theatre Concepts:
Character, setting, conflict, action, plot, design, theme, dialogue

Visual Arts:
Color, form, line, shape, space, texture, value-shading, organization, balance, contrast, harmony, movement, unity, variety, movement

Math Concepts:
Sorting, patterning, grouping

Literature/Writing Skills:
Letter recognition, tracing form, word art, story-boards, dramatic story telling – retelling (comprehension)
