2014-2015 Pied Piper Public Season

Pied Piper brings live theatre to children and their families in the greater Puget Sound area by hosting renowned theatre, dance, and music companies for public and school performances. A visit to a Pied Piper production can be the beginning of a lifelong appreciation for the arts, and, because many of the performances are based on children's literature, Pied Piper also stimulates interest in reading, as it brings Literature to Life!

Charming & Mooooo-ving Musical
When his granddaughter Jenny comes for a visit, Farmer Brown declares the farm a "tech-free zone" and confiscates her laptop. When the shivering cows find the computer in the cold barn, duck gives them an idea. All day long Farmer Brown hears "click clack moo, clickety clackety moo..." as the cows type up their demands and protest their working conditions! When Farmer Brown refuses their demands, the cows go on strike and the chickens join them in solidarity. No blankets? Then no milk and no eggs! How will they ever restore peace and quiet on the farm?

"Cows that type? Hens on strike! Whoever heard of such a thing!" Farmer Brown cries.
