EVERETT PERFORMING ARTS CENTER - GENERAL INFORMATION



The Everett Performing Arts Center (EPAC) is owned and supported by the City of Everett as a service to the entire Everett community. Village Theatre manages the Everett Performing Arts Center for the City of Everett, and in addition to presenting a season of high-quality family theatre, the management and technical staff of Village Theatre are dedicated to making EPAC the best possible place for you to hold your own performance, meeting, rehearsal, or special event. Presenting top-notch events is our business¬ -- so we can help you do it, too!

One of the premier spaces for the performing arts in Snohomish County, EPAC offers a 510-seat plus 4-wheelchair spaces auditorium with a proscenium stage, including full theatrical lighting and sound systems, an orchestra pit, rigging/fly system, wing space, shop and costume facilities. Along with the auditorium, EPAC has a multipurpose community room and spacious lobby area, making the entire facility ideal for a wide range of activities.

  • Management reserves 14 seats per event to use at their discretion
  • Standing room and stage seating not permitted

Spacious, yet intimate, the auditorium is a perfect venue for lectures, film screenings, graduations, theatre, ballet, and musical performances. The venue includes a proscenium stage, full theatrical lighting, professional audio system, orchestra pit, rigging/fly system, wing space, and dressing room facilities.

Elwin F. Anderson Multipurpose Room

Anderson Multipurpose Room

  • Capacity: 125

The Elwin F. Anderson Multipurpose Room is a multi-functional meeting space that includes a small hospitality kitchen. The room measures 31’ x 60’ and can be divided into two smaller spaces for a variety of meeting and banquet configurations. At a maximum capacity of 125 people, this room is perfect for business meetings and educational events.

Upper Lobby
A beautiful space for celebrations, the attractive upper lobby has sunny eastern and southern exposure and opens onto a large outdoor balcony with views of the city and Cascade Mountains. Dale Chihuly glass art pieces decorate the lobby, creating a colorful and inspiring atmosphere. An excellent choice for fundraisers, receptions, holiday celebrations, and other private parties, the lobby accommodates up to 80 people. Tables, chairs, and a beverage bar are available for catering.

Four dressing rooms located off large green room:

  • Two seating 3-4 each
  • Two seating 2-3 each

  • Up to 20 stations

Ticket Sales
Full service Box Office available for EPAC rental events. The box office staff is equipped to handle a large volume of ticket sales via ticketing software and credit card processing technology. Customers are easily served via phone and in person at the box office.


Specialized Services
Facility renters are offered marketing and promotional support for events, including a listing on the Everett Performing Arts Center webpage: www.everettperformingartscenter.org and on the electronic marquee outside the venue.

Seating is available to accommodate persons in wheelchairs and companions.

Assistive Listening Devices are available free of charge for use during an event.
